Mitt formella brev
Vi hade en uppgift i skolan att skriva ett formellt klagomåls-brev till något ställe vi inte varit nöjda med(påhittat).
Så här var min text:
Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to complain about our room at your hotel that we stayed in for one week.
Actually this is our first time, and because we had paid a lot we were expecting more service than we received. When we booked and ordered the room from the website it looked pleasant, but we couldn´t believe our eyes when we arrived.
First, we didn´t have room-service seven days a week as we were promised. We had to make our beds ourselves, and we aren´t used to doing that during the time we stay in a hotel.
Second, the temperature was too cold in the room, so we had to sleep in our clothes, because there were no extra blankets.
Almost everyday however we complained about it but nothing happened. It was still too cold and the only answer we received from your staff was that "it will be fixed".
I can say it was a relief to leave your hotel after an totally unacceptable stay.
In conclusion, I would like to have a refund or a future discount and also a promise that you have fixed the temperature for incoming guests.
